The original flower was made for the wonderful series of Folksy Friday animations, inspired by my lavender bag collection. It’s got happiness stitched in!

Full description
This cheerful hand stitched flower will never need watering, will always make you smile and will be happy wherever you put it in the house! A jolly gift for a friend or treat for yourself. Just pop the flower in a vase!
Each flower is completely made by hand, from cutting out the 100% wool felt, to stitching the flower together. The embroidery is all done with DMC threads which have a lovely sheen. Each flower is unique due to their hand stitched nature. Each flower will have one metallic or glitter felt petal.
The flower decoration is 27cm / 10” tall. The flower head is lightly padded with toy stuffing. It is supported on a dowelling stalk which is covered by felt stitched into place. Please note: This is not a toy.
The flower will be wrapped carefully in tissue and popped in a sturdy envelope before posting.
