A sea glass summer holiday beach scene framed coastal wall art created using little pieces of ocean shaped and smoothed Cornish sea glass set inside a 24cm square glass fronted box frame.
Frame available in grey or white.
What is sea glass..?
Sea glass is created when waste glass is thrown into the ocean where it's relentlessly tumbled in the sand and the surf until each jagged broken shard becomes beautifully smoothed and frosted. Sea glass has a history all of its own. There's no telling how long the glass has been tumbling around the ocean floor or where it came from originally and I like to think this adds an extra special element of mystique to each piece I create - a little piece of Cornish history to keep forever.
