A crochet cover for vases, or jars. It is a great way to reuse glass or plastic coffee, or preserve jars.
I have crocheted this vase cover in a pale grey aran weight acrylic yarn. It has a lovely textured effect with tiny wisps of white yarn and has black, brown and yellow speckles running through the yarn giving it a tweed look.
A fab house warming idea given with a bunch of flowers to brighten up a new home.
It is great way to recycle jars. I have shown it covering a large dried milk plastic container but is flexible enough to stretch a bit to accommodate different shapes and sizes.
The vase cover will stand on its own. It has a base so could be used as a storage basket.
The vase cover is approx 8 cm diameter and19 cm tall.
If you would like the plastic jar, I will send it free but will have to charge more postage. It will be £3.50 postage to include the jar in the sale.
