My studio is based in Todmorden, West Yorkshire. I gain most of my inspiration from the local landscape which varies from wooded valleys to stark moorland still lakes to babbling brooks. Each has habitat has it's own selection of shy and brazen wildlife to be inspired by!
Working mainly in watercolour, I try to capture the essence of the scene using various techniques to create light and movement. For each painting I will carefully consider which techniques I'll use, the composition, colour palette and so on. Only after these considerations are made will I pick up a brush. I try to keep my paintings fluid and fresh and therefore the actual painting of a piece often takes no time at all!

This is a fine art giclee print of an original Watercolour by Naomi Neale.
"Boxing Hares" is printed using archival quality 280gsm Matt giclee paper, using inkjet ink on an Epson 10 colour printer. The prints are of excellent quality using paper that has a rough texture like the paper used in the original painting.
You will be buying an open edition print which I title and sign the front and sign and date on the reverse. The The print comes with a 1 inch white margin around the 8x10 inch print and a 2 inch around the 20x16 inch print.
Please note that this is an unmounted, unframed print, however mounts and frames are very easy to purchase in these dimensions from most home ware shops.
