The Fat Cat was one of my favourite haunts as a student. It is one of a series of 8 drawings of the Kelham Island quarter (The other prints in the series are "The Bessemer Converter", "The Milestone", "The Cutlery Works", "The Kelham Island Tavern", "The Green Lane Works", "Albert Beckett and Sons & The Ball Street Bridge" all available here in my shop).

The Fat Cat pub, Kelham Island Quarter - Art print

This print is taken from a pen and ink drawing of the Fat Cat pub in the Kelham Island Quarter of Sheffield.

The Fat Cat was peculiar not just because it was one of only a handful of pubs in the city that served a range of real ales but also because there was no music, fruit machines or other electronic games or machines. Its also today the home of the Kelham Island Brewery.

Size:

- A4 print 210mm x 297mm A3 print 297mm x 420mm.

- Frame in photo is not included.

This print is Gicle printed on the same 250gsm Bristol Board as the original drawing using permanent pigment ink.
