I lived for several years in the lovely Forest of Dean and adored the view through the woods when they were full of bluebells.

Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A Bluebell, which I originally made for a commission.
It is a simple floral design, of a beautiful bright blue flower with green strappy leaves. The three blue bells are made from a prettily streaked blue glass.
The suncatcher hangs from a silvery chain which is securely attached to the top of the flower which is 12 cm high.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece even when making the same pattern.
It will make a lovely present for anyone. It looks absolutely beautiful hanging in the window where it shines and catches the light and welcomes in the sunshine.
