I made this in March, thinking of a golden hare, painted in folk-style and decorated in tiny circular mandalas, which symbolise life. The egg is bound with tiny tiny dots … the tiniest I was able to paint and too numerous to count. It’s truly unique and one of its kind and I hope it will make a very original gift for someone special … perhaps as an Easter gift, or even to welcome a newborn baby boy. It’s signed on the base with my mark “.o”
