Full description
A beautiful handmade pottery thrown oil or vinaigrette pourer made on my potter's wheel. This bottle is made from stoneware which means it is very durable. The clay gives a biscuit speckled colour which shows through the gloss blue-green glaze, the inside is fully glazed in a clear gloss glaze.
The bottle is first thrown then left until it is leather hard, when the spout and handle are added and I add my makers mark. Once dry it is bisque fired then glazed and fired a second time at 1220 oC. All glazes are lead free.

The oil pourer comes with a cork.
All my pottery is made by me in small batches. There may be variations in size, colour and shape making each piece delightfully unique.
