This is an unusual, dainty, bracelet featuring a small pebble with a naturally-formed hole. It's attached to pale grey beading cord, and is complemented with pearls, an apatite bead, a sterling silver star charm, clasp and components.

Pretty in and of itself, it also comes with some folklore attached. Holey stones were often seen and used as objects of protection. It would have been common to see a line of them hanging up near the doors of coastal cottages. It's said that if you peep through the hole, you can see fairies or into another dimension.

I've chosen this stone for its colour and shape: it sits prettily on the wrist, set off by the pearls, silver and bead to truly be a little treasure of the sea you can wear.

Length is 7.5 inches / 20 cm.

Size of stone: approx 15 x 20 mm

Please note this piece is delicate and it is advised not to wear it while sleeping, swimming or showering. Silver parts may be cleaned with a jewellery cloth. Keep it away from perfume / make-up etc to avoid discolouration.

The bracelet will come simply wrapped in white tissue paper tied with raffia.
