When I was a little girl, my mum collected blue and white china. Some of the pieces were decorative, and others were in use. Every night as I ate my dinner I enjoyed studying the decorative nature of the plates, full of birds and plants and trees. I wanted to transpose some of these nostalgic designs onto a rabbit shape.
