I was very lucky to find the Apple wood, most of a huge a tree, dumped in a car park in Epping Forest so I did a clear up job and removed the lot, twigs and all.
So now I’m now able to transform it into beautiful and useful things to share with you all. Apple wood is known as a love gift and I’ve made this with love and I know you’ll love using it!

Full description
Lemon Grapefruit and general citrus fruit juicer has a great comfy curvaceous Apple Wood handle,wider and longer, for larger hands. The grain is rich golden brown almost chestnut with wonderful little stripes striations and even a ripple running through it.
The hand carved juicer end is also bigger than my standard ones to give a generous spritz of lemon or orange into your cocktails and mocktails or splashed generously across your organic chicken or line caught fish. Try it out on grapefruits for a change with your gin or vodka – now that’s something different to try. Really handy to give that dash of pizzazz to your cooking or drinks.
The Sycamore juicer end was from a large tree that fell in gales at the end of last year on the edge of the Abbey gardens in Waltham Abbey is a beautiful blonde with deeper caramel and honey tones and some little stripes of dark green – very attractive and all super smooth. The grooves I hand carve and I take great care to make sure they’re deep enough to let you get all that super juice onto your culinary or thirst quenching invention.
Measures approximately 5.5inches (14cm) long by 2inches (5cm) at the widest point.
