Welcome to Senara Jewellery.
I love making interesting, one of a kind jewellery from my workshop in West Cornwall.
All my pieces are hand-crafted, using authentic metals and gemstones sourced from reputable UK suppliers and genuine sea glass finds from my hikes around the Cornish coast.
I especially like to leave the seaglass in its original unique state and shape, as nature designed it, tumbled in the Atlantic waves.
So, 'pop in' to my shop, have a browse and let me know your favourite designs by clicking LOVE THIS.
If you like my work, please FAVOURITE my shop.
I offer custom sized chains if the chain advertised is not your preferred length.

I found this unusual sea glass on the beach at Marazion near Penzance in Cornwall. I was drawn to its beautiful colour and shape. It reminded me of the small bullseye glass pane windows of the old buildings in Chapel Street in Penzance. I created a design to allow the light to pass directly through the centre of the bullseye.
The photos show the glass as I found it and the process of making the necklace.

This Blue/green sea foam colour Seaglass necklace is set in a fine silver bezel on sterling silver with 3 silver decorative balls on the face and a porthole design on the back. Hand made in my studio in West Cornwall.
The sea glass is an unusual shape, it is rounded on the top and has a smooth indentation underneath which I assume was once a large air bubble trapped in the thick glass of a Victorian bottle. The glass has been ground away in the sea and over time the air escaped from where it was entombed leaving a deep dip which is now a smooth indentation.
I drilled a hole in the silver back plate and soldered a tiny porthole lined up with the indentation in the glass to allow light to pass through to the front.
The seaglass is 5mm thick and the pendant is 22mm wide x 25mm
and hangs from a mini Belcher sterling silver chain 16"
--Please contact me if you prefer a different chain length with this pendant--
