Lovely little square shaped polymer clay pendant in black with purple dried flower set inside under a coat of resin. The piece measures approx 4cm x4cm and is affixed to a faux leather black cord with lobster style catch and tibetan silver bail. The piece is plain black on the rear and is very light weight and easy to wear.

Along with the rest of the population during the first lockdown in March 2020 I found myself walking many miles around my local area. I started to collect wild flowers whilst out on my travels and began to press them in books. I completely forgot about them as the year went by and to my absolute delight discovered them when I opened one of my heavy Art books! they were beautifully preserved and the colours just popped. I had an instant flash of inspiration and lo and behold the little lockdown flowers have been set in resin on a polymer clay base, ever to remind us of the beautiful Summer of 2020. A year none of us will ever forget and a great keepsake in many ways.
