Full description
A large pink coloured agate slice has been used for the bell of this jellyfish. Three different transparent and translucent pink pieces of stained glass are the the stinging arms. I have spiral twisted silver-plated wire, adding small glass beads for the tentacles. Finally ten glass nuggets form bubbles trapped in the arms of the 'jelly' to complete the piece.
The agate has beautiful markings within it showing different densities of the pink colour.
Once cut and ground, each piece is copper foiled, soldered and polished.
Two wire loops have been fixed for easy hanging in your window.
Hang with fishing line or thin ribbon from a pin or window catch.
Approx size 33cm x 14cm.
