Full description
A slip cast, white earthenware jug, bisque fired to 1050 C. Sprigs of birds and flowers, the moulds of which were made by myself, were applied at the green ware stage. Hand painted with Mid Century colours of lime green, purple, blue, turquoise, olive and prussian green. Designs are from retro patterns of the 50's and 60's. Great as a milk jug, for flowers or just for show. Inside is a rich turquoise glaze.
