Cobalt Tones! A very lovely beanie, slouchy or beret crocheted hat in Denys Brunton Designer yarn.
The variegated black, navy, royal blue and blue green yarn for this crocheted hat is wonderfully soft and would be equally wearable by a lady or a gent.
This is a larger size hat, so would suit those that like a slouchy style, or would fit a larger person in a tighter style.
I do not work from patterns, everything I create is from my own imagination and totally unique.
This lovely hat is washable with care, it is 100% acrylic so easy to care for, although I would suggest hand washing at 30'C and drying flat.
No animal fibres so suitable for vegans and those with a wool allergy.
The slouchy, or beanie is a classic style. Crocheted on a medium hook to give a close but soft stitch and in a continuous line, starting in the centre at the top, with a smaller hook for the edge of the hat. The approximate measurements for the hat is that it has a diameter of approx 29cms, with an opening diameter of approx 25cms when the yarn is relaxed. Can be worn with or without a tunover edge.
I thoroughly enjoy creating useful and unusual items with yarn. Knitting and crochet are so relaxing! This multi tonal hat will go with so many outfits, perfect for the autumn & winter seasons & any one who loves unique & bespoke items.
