I love blue and white pottery and wanted to combine a Japanese paper transfer with daisy paper cut outs with a beautiful blue glaze.

Full description
This blue and white jug is first slip-cast with white earthenware clay, then hand painted by myself using paper cut outs stuck onto the greenware (the pot before it has been bisque fired) and then painted over with a beautiful soft blue glaze colour. A Japanese paper transfer has been applied to the bottom third of the jug. The jug was then bisque fired to 1050 C and then glaze fired using a lead free transparent glaze to 1020 C.
The jug is dishwasher and microwave safe ( but will be very hot to handle straight from the microwave so please protect yours hands). Not oven proof.
Ideal for Mothers Day, Weddings or Birthdays.
Jug is 14cm high, 8cm wide. Handle to spout is 14cm
