Unusual, Bohemian Heart Pendant Necklace in Blue and Gold
Unique, handmade blue and gold heart pendant necklace with matching coloured beads on a rose gold coloured chain.
Inspired by the Japanese metalworking procedure, Makume Gane, sheets of different coloured polymer clays are stacked on top of each other. Various tool are used to make indents to create the pattern, the clay is then thinly sliced, each slice slightly altering from the last, giving the beads and pendant a different look each time.

Non fussy packaging. Recycled card pasted with vintage magazines, annuals, books, music sheets, or my own hand painted designs. All products will arrive in recyclable padded envelopes and are sent out within three working days of the order being received.

I love using the Makume Gane technique with polymer clay because of all the different patterns and styles that can be achieved. Each thin slice is different from the last, I never know what will be revealed next, which makes this technique truly exciting for me.
Blue and gold are one of my favourite colour combinations, they compliment each other so well.
