I do like exploring different bookbinding styles and this one offers lots of possibilities with regard to structure and materials.

This style of handmade book has a cut away spine giving a glimpse of the pages inside
This version of the book is A5 in landscape orientation (approx. 15.5 cm wide and 10.5cm wide).
The cover paper is a repurposed architectural drawing with black bookcloth around the spine edge. I have used white waxed linen thread for the stitching.
The inside pages are 140gsm cartridge.
