You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Lovely amethyst beaded elastic bracelet with a white freshwater pearl accent.
Amethyst is February's birthstone.
Amethyst is reputed to have calming effects as well as bringing peace and balance to the wearer.
Each amethyst bead is approx 6mm round.
The freshwater pearl is around 10-12mm in diameter.
Our bracelets are made with premium 1mm elastic and are one size fits all, however, if you should require a larger or smaller size we can make one up for you.
We use securely hidden knots which are strong and should last for years.
Returns
If you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase, of course, you don’t have to keep it. You don’t want to keep things that don’t make your heart sing. Just send it back in the same unworn condition that you received it within 21 days and we’ll return your payment. No problem and no quibbles.
If any of our pieces have any kind of fault, however small, we’ll of course sort it out straight away. Just let us know and we’ll do the right thing.

Please note that Folksy does not allow for a special delivery option for UK orders, however, we do have special delivery available as a separate listing, which works in addition to the postage charge on this listing. If required, simply add the special delivery listing to your basket with your order.
