These roses are inspired by a photo of a wild rose in my garden. I was able to use the photo to create the pattern for the roses, which are then outlined onto Acrylic sheet and painted with glass paints to create a stained glass effect. When hung in a window light shines through the roses and produces a moving display of colour in the room.

Approximate dimensions:
The roses are 8cm diameter
The mobile is 45cm wide and 50cm long

This mobile was inspired by the amazing dislay of flowers on the wild rose bush in my garden. The bush was planted many years ago by the birds - I certainly didn't plant it! It has flourished hugely and provides cover for sparrow and a variety of tits, as well as somewhere to hang the bird feeders. The hips feed the blackbirds and occasional redwing through the winter. The rose is a delicate pink and each one only lasts a day or two, but the display goes on for several weeks. This mobile is a lovely red which throws patches of red light into the room as the flowers move around in sunlight. Hang it in the window, in your conservatory, or over a dislay of indoor plants for great effect, then enjoy watching the flowers move in the air.
