Years ago I had a needle case and hexagonal button box made from Christmas and birthday cards made in this way (which I still use today) and though it would be great to make them in material - the clear covering makes them easy to wipe over.

Full description
This needle case is made from a cotton reel print material ( inside and outside) sandwiched in between sheets of Acetate for a wipe clean finish. I have then crocheted the edge with black crochet yarn and put two sheets of felt inside ( four pages) to accommodate the needles.
The needle case is four and a half inches tall and three and a half inches wide.
