Sterling silver 'Measured' necklace.
Hand engraved and hand punched in my studio in York.
This necklace is the essence behind my Measured range.
My Measured range is inspired by the seamstresses tape measure and observing how it hung on my studio mannequin twisting in its natural way, my aim was for my Measured pieces to reflect this form. I hand engrave the markings, hand punch the letters, and twist the metal to give a lovely fluidity.
I love the reflective twist of the Measure, the engraved side satinised in a soft brush finish and the reverse polished to a high shine.
I use a sturdy sterling silver curb chain, it has a thread type form and a lovely weight which I think complements the necklace wonderfully.
Packaged in one of my branded gift boxes, this special necklace comes with all the trimmings.
