Maisy and her best friend Mo live in a pretty village called Mulberry Green. Maisy lives with her mum and dad on Mulberry Farm and Mo lives in a little cottage at the top of Mulberry Lane. In the village there are several shops, a doctor’s surgery, a vet’s, a post office, a little church and, of course, a school – Mulberry Green Infants’ School, where Maisy and Mo are pupils.
Maisy has a cute little puppy, called Molly and Mo has a baby sister called Daisy.
There are other children in Maisy’s class at school - Violet, Billy with his pet rabbit, Amber, Tilly, Rosie and her kittens, Amelia, Ruby, Marigold, Bobby with Max the dog, and the twins Oliver and Olivia, who have a puppy called Oscar. The dolls are all 28cm tall and baby Daisy is 16cm. Maisy and Mo love nothing more than having adventures with their friends. Full description
Billy, one of the Mulberry Green characters, lives with his mum and dad and his six brothers and sisters in a little house at the back of the bakery in Mulberry Green. Billy’s mum and dad run the baker’s shop and work very hard. They love their children very much, but there is never much money or time to spare with a shop to run and a very large family, so Billy spends a lot of time exploring Mulberry Green or playing with his pet rabbit, Arthur. Billy doesn’t really like school and struggles with school work.
Billy is a little doll made from best quality CE safe de Witte doll skin from Holland. He is made using a technique very similar to the Waldorf method, is very soft and squeezable and sits down easily. His hair is made from pure wild mohair and his cheeks are coloured with beeswax. He is 28cm tall and is CE safe but is not suitable for children under 3.

Choose an outfit for Billy from the ones available in my shop. He will then come dressed and boxed in tissue for an extra special gift to treasure.
Mulberry Green is all about a time, now gone, but not so very long ago, when children had a great deal of freedom to explore their surroundings and use their imagination in play. A time when the world moved at a slower pace and things were made to last. To celebrate this heritage, wherever possible, I use traditional crafts and materials to create my dolls.
