Full description
This cuff bangle is handmade to order from round sterling silver wire, which I give a dark oxidised finish. This patina is then brushed away slightly to show off the textures.
I hammer the length of silver against concrete before forming into shape, which gives it a rough industrial-like texture. As each bangle is handmade to order, the finish will vary slightly to the one photographed, as the textures will be unique to each piece.
The bangle is made from 3mm wire, which is a nice sturdy weight. I hammer the ends flatter and rounded for a comfortable fit.
Measuring 16cm in total length, with a 3cm opening. This will fit an average female wrist, and it can be gently squeezed to fit.
Hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office.
