Hand painted with acrylic paints with mica glitter touches
Satin ribbons have been added to hang the rainbow & clouds & an organza ribbon for hanging . The back is painted but undecorated .The circle measures 6 inches / 15 cm across & the measurement from the top of the circle to the bottom of the rainbow is 9 inches / 23 cm
