I love creating lavender bags and filling them with lavender grown in my garden. The rich jade colour of the cotton fabric, inspired the hand embroidery on this lavender bag.

Full description
This lavender bag is made of cotton fabric in a lovely jade colour. The fabric’s pattern in jade and white is echoed in the hand embroidery on the bag. At the centre, is a small white heart shaped button stitched onto a background of white and duck blue felt. Around this heart motif are hand embroidered lazy daisy and herringbone stitches in blues, turquoise and green threads dotted with white, pale blue and jade seed and bugle beads.
This sack of lavender is approximately 5 by 3 1/2 inches. It’s tied with a jade coloured satin ribbon with a hanging loop on the back to hang onto a coat hanger, over a picture frame, or put in a drawer with clothes. This lavender bag is filled with lavender grown in my garden. Give the bag a scrunch and lovely lavender fragrance bursts into the home.
This Embroidered Lavender Bag is gift wrapped in a sealed transparent bag, keeping the lovely lavender fragrance in until it’s opened ....when the lavender fragrance fills the home.
It’s ready to be given as a valentine gift, Mother’s Day gift, a birthday or thank you gift ...... or as a gift to yourself!
I loved creating the embroidery for this lavender bag with the lovely jade, blues and white colours. The satin ribbon I’ve tied the bag with, gives this hand embroidered lavender bag a luxurious feel......
