Welcome to my shop Wiktorski Ceramics. Here you will find a variety of hand made products including pottery and cards. Each piece is made purely by hand and each glaze I apply is weighed and mixed by my own fair hands, similar to baking a cake. I was taught the traditional way and each glaze has taken many years to perfect. This makes it totally unique to Wiktorski Ceramics. Each piece is a one off and will not be seen again. Full description
Wire bird cage sculpture.
I made this bird cage using paper covered wire. It is moulded into shape using my hands and wire clippers. It has a cute hand made bird crafted from air dry clay and painted in a white acrylic paint to seal the clay. The bird sits in its own little nest of moss and is mounted on an old antique tart dish made from metal.
I have carefully crafted tiny little flags made from vintage paper and strung it across the bird cage. There is also a wooden heart attached to the top of the cage. Pretty ribbons finish this piece off perfectly.
This bird cage can be hung around your home or sat on a shelf, windowsill or table. The options are endless.
