I like to take a mundane object and make it special. Deep blue, compliments pale lilac and soft sky blue in this set of spoons, each one with an elegant gold tip. I want these spoons to be a pleasure to use, or simply to bring a little joy as a decorative item in your kitchen

A set of 3 wooden cooking spoons, 12" in length and 1.5" width at the spoon end. The handles have been carefully painted in tonal colours, each with a gold tip.The paint has been dry cured in a moderate oven and the exposed wood has then been treated with a food safe Butcher’s Block conditioning oil. Hand washing in warm soapy water is recommended or top rack of the dishwasher, if you must :)
