Well - I've made a few lions over the years so this one was an altered design - am not sure how the fish came about- Lion needed a friend !

Full description
Lion is made from hand dyed and plain calico. His nose is made from wool feltwith an embroidered tip ,mouth and eyes.
His mane is made from dyed jersey fabric and then hand stitched to his head. His dungarees are made from mattress ticking and Osnaburg fabric. His ruff is made from lovely cotton poplin. Lion has a little friend called Fish who is also made from calico and has been embroidered on both sides.
Lion measures about 44cms tall and is about 26 cms sitting.
Fish is about 18 cms. long.
I can print a name for you on the wooden tag of your choice ,otherwise I will print 'Lion '.
Lion and Fish are sold as collectibles and are not suitable for children under the age of 14 years. X
