You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the packaging.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a fabulous 3D handmade Christmas card.
Santa is very busy flying through the moonlit sky on his sleigh, pulled by two of his faithful reindeer. He is delivering presents to three houses in the snowy village lane - will your house be next?
Carefully built Snowmen all sit in the front gardens of the houses, a Christmas tree is in the middle and glittery snow is all around.
Have you spotted the gifts falling out of Santa's sleigh? I wonder if Santa has!
The 3D greeting is foiled in red and says "Happy Christmas". A traditional tartan backdrop completes the scene with red ribbon and sparkle gems.
The inside of the card has a double full colour insert which matches the design on the front of the card with a printed greeting which says "There's Snow Place Like Home at Christmas", and there is plenty of room for you to write your own special message.
This is a lovely card to send while we are all in lockdown, socially distancing and self-isolating.
The card comes with a free envelope to match the size of the card and is packaged in a free high-quality cello bag to keep it clean and fresh ready for you to use.
