Full description
Silver wire pears with copper leaves and a stud fastening. The silver earpost is attached to the leaf, so that the pear shape hangs below the earlobe . The pear moves about freely as it is attached to the leaf with a loop of silver wire , which goes through the leaf and forms the stork running through.. It is soldered closed, so that it is permanently attached.
I have also soldered copper 'seeds' to the silver stork. All the copper has gained different shades of red, dark red and copper , as a result of heat.
The length is 40mm/ 1.5 inches , from the top of the leaf. The diameter of the pear is 13mm.
Quirky , statement earrings perfect for the first day of Christmas.
Presented in an eco-friendly , recycled cardboard gift box and posted first class, the next day, in plastic free packaging.
