Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

The standard Folksy Returns Policy applies, with the following additions: - For hygiene reasons soap may only be returned if the packaging is unopened (the packaging is considered to be the hygiene seal referred to in the standard Folksy Returns Policy). - Items where the buyer has chosen a gift wrap and send option may be returned in line with Folky's return policy and a refund will be issued for the item. The additional fee (if charged) for the gift wrap and send service will not be refunded as this is considered a personalised item (see Folksy's Return Policy for further information on custom items). - For items where the buyer has chosen a gift wrap and send option, the return must be requested by the original buyer (not the person it has been sent to) and the refund will be made to the original buyer. As per Folksy' standard returns policy, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage. If the buyer and the person the item is sent to transfer the item between themselves to facilitate the return, and additional postage costs are incurred as a result, this will not be reimbursed and is at their own cost.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Read the Folksy Returns Policy.

Full description

One bar of soap. Made in Oxfordshire, this rustic bar is made with moisturising honey and beeswax, and lightly scented with Rose Geranium essential oil. The wrapping is topped off with a tag made on a vintage typewriter and a traditional wax seal in the shape of a rose. Each bar is poured, & cut by hand with a honeycomb style texture on three sides; every one is unique. All soaps will be a minimum of 80g.

A gently moisturising bar made with natural coconut oil, olive oil & shea butter. The Rose Geranium essential oil give it a lovely light scent alongside the honey and beeswax - no artificial fragrances here! No artificial foaming agents, SLS, parabens or artificial colour added either.

This soap is made using the traditional cold process method, where the oils in my recipe are saponified to produce glycerine (very moisturising), sodium olivate (from the olive oil), sodium cocoate (from the coconut oil) & sodium shea butterate (from the shea butter). The recipe has a Cosmetic Safety Assessment Report, required by UK legislation, and approved by a Certified Chemist.

For external use only, avoid eye contact. Not for application to the mucous membranes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use. For ingredients, see the "Inspiration" section on the right. All bars will arrive with an ingredients label.
