My Grandmother was four years old, when her mother made for her a seedling doll, they lived in the countryside in Poland. Soon Great world War started and her dad was taken to the Army, by the end of the war, they were starving, so my grandmother said to her mother that they should open the tummy of the doll and use the wheat seeds to cooked a meal.
This meal kept them going through hard times. Respect the seedlings Dolls!
