I'm just loving this colour, its like an August sky or Pembroke sea. It is really nicely set off by the earthy textured nature of the clay.

Full description
Handmade wheel thrown stoneware ceramic tea or coffee mug.
I made this mug on my potter's wheel. Once thrown it was left to dry until leather hard, then the handle was added and pulled directly on the mug. It was bisque fired then 2 different glazes, all lead free, were applied before it was fired a second time to 1220 oC.
The dark blue glaze has gloss finish with tiny crystals that catch the light and the clear glaze inside the mug allows the colour of the clay to come through.

Holds approx 350 ml
Dishwasher safe though hand washing is recommended.
This listing is for 1 mug. I make mugs in small batches and there is always some variation between each item, making them all delightfully unique.
