My kangaroo design is laser cut from off cuts of wood which otherwise would have been discarded from the workshop. Inspired by the simple Scandi designs and a desire not to let any precious piece of wood go to waste. I enjoy bringing a bit of fun to my work and hope these bring a smile to peoples faces. Each kangaroo may vary very slightly from the one photographed due to each piece of wood being different. You can expect the same quality and care taken.

I designed the kangaroo after a conversation with my young kids about Christmas in Australia and how it’s not cold, but really hot! We have family in Australia and the conversation delveloped that if they were to visit us they would need to wrap up, maybe wear a scarf to keep warm.
