These bangles are a similar design to my Viking Rings and I love the fact that each one I make is different.

Full description
This unusual rustic bangle was inspired by Viking armour and was created using repurposed copper plate which was hammered to add the texture and wavy edges. The patina is the natural result of torching the metal to anneal it - normally I pickle the copper to return it to it's natural colour before oxidising, but this one was so pretty I left it as it was and just polished it with a silicon wax to seal. Textured copper washers soldered in place hold a piece of polished mother of pearl cemented in place.
The bangle measures 7.5” in diameter and is open so there is a certain amount of flexibility with the size. It measures approx. 2cm at its widest point and 1cm at the narrowest.
