Formulated & hand blended by a qualified naturopath & medical herbalist - this herbal tea contains soothing herbs allowing you to drift off into a snoozy slumber.

Ingredients:
Passionflower, Lime flower, Lemon balm, Lavender, Rose, Chamomile
Directions:
Shake bag to mix herbs well
Add 1-2 teaspoons to your teapot
Steep for 10 minutes
Or simmer on the stove for 10 minutes for a stronger brew
Strain into your favourite cup, & give yourself time to relax & switch off
