I wanted to work with glass artists and create a beautiful stand to hightlight their work and compliment mine. I do not like the aesthetic of painted metal but love colour. Therefore combining glass and metal is a perfect combination.

Anton Sculpture Stand is designed to allow glass artists to display their work in a practical and decorative way as an interior sculpture.
Anton Sculpture Stand will allow you to display a 200mm circular piece of glass art or ceramics.
From the photo you can see that the glass slides between the angled metal. The glass is therefore sat in a v groove allowing a range of thicknesses of glass to sit securely The stand is designed for 6mm but it can cope with anything below this and can go up to 8mm. If you want it to be permanent I would advise holding with silicon adhesive.
This stands at a height of approximately 250mm.
It measures 260mm across and 130mm depth.
They are hand forged by me in Little Duck Forge, Portsmouth.
The mild steel has been oiled and waxed for interior use.
Please be aware that no 2 our completely identical, different sizes can be made to order.
