Celtic Cross
Description
A beautifully crafted Celtic Cross made out of purple opaque and transparent glasses diluted with clear glass. The centre heart is brass sandwiched in clear glass. When fired and fused together the glass dilutes to give the centre halo effect. This piece measures 23x23cm approx, looks great on a stand lot with tealights, it could be slumped into a bowl or even drilled so it could be hung on a wall or in a window.
Inspiration
We’ve always been drawn to Celtic Christianity, the rhythm of life, the celebration of art and nature and the stories of the saints who brought Christianity to so much of Britain. This is our interpretation in glass.
