I love dramatic light and deep shadows.

This is a popular village on the Dengie Peninsular in Essex. The pretty weather boarded cottages are full of character and demonstrate the history of the village that was mentioned in the doomsday book. This was a beautiful evening, the sun was bright and shadows were deep. This is an original watercolour of The Street in Steeple looking east.
This is an original unframed, unmounted watercolour on acid free paper measuring 10.5 x 8.5 inches. This allows it to fit snugly into a standard, off the shelf, 8 x 10 inch frame or even better, an 8 x 10 mount that will fit in a standard 10 x 12 frame. Paintings always look better mounted and then framed.
It will be sent out in a cello bag stiffened for protection using second class signed for post. I use recycled or recyclable packaging.
