Happy January xx
This pattern lends itself to using different types of yarns and is ideal for using handspun which doesn't always conform to the standard yarn thicknesses of commercial yarns. The Jacob fibre used in these slippers is from a commercial supplier which I have spun myself, dyed and knit. By using different sized squares I can make different shoe sizes from whatever thickness of yarn I have spun.

Full description
Engage your inner fairy with these warm and practical knitted indoor bootees or gift them to someone you know is a fairy inside...
Using my own handspun yarn, hand dyed and knit by me these are warm, practical and fun.
These are firmly knit and robust in British Jacob handspun yarn, they will be hardwearing rather than soft and fluffy but will keep your feet warm in winter and being thermo-regulating wool, not too hot if the heating is on!!
Wear them for working from home in your office in the spare bedroom or shed or in front of the telly bingeing a boxed set!!
Being natural wool, when they have finally come to the end of their useful life they can be composted or put in the bottom of a flower pot or hanging basket to gradually biodegrade back into the environment.
If you would like a more non-slip option I can add some silicone dots, please use the options to choose yes or no.
