I’ve been working with glass for over 20 years. Ever since I first picked up my chosen glass and glass cutter, I’ve been hooked. I am fascinated by the properties of glass, the array or colours and the processes that that can be used to create different effects. There is always something new to learn and new tools and materials to invest in. It really is addictive!
What I especially love about working with glass are the colours. From crystal clear to shimmery dichroic to opaque pure blocks of colour that will never fade or dull.
I hope I’ve made you curious about the wonderful world of glass too!

Fused glass dish, also fantastic as a candle holder as when lit, the light shines out of the holes in the dish. These dishes look like they are made of hundreds of balls of ice stuck together.
To make this dish, I hand cut tiny little squares of transparent art glass and fire them overnight in a kiln to make little nuggets of glass. I then arrange the pieces into a circular ceramic mould and fire the whole thing again overnight at a slightly lower temperature so they gently stick together and take on the shape of the mould. Transparent glass is handcut and assembled, therefore no 2 are exactly the same.
One Supplied.
Item comes securely packaged and wrapped in my signature turquoise tissue paper, sticker and string. A gift message can be included, just contact me to let me know.
Dish approx. 10cm by 2cm.
