Fused Glass Celtic Knot Hanging Design 2 - Handmade Glass Suncatcher

Fused glass hanging with intricate copper foil Celtic knot design. These fused glass squares make wonderful small gifts and look lovely hung in a window. To make these squares I start with cutting 2 squares of transparent art glass. I then use a scapel and cut my delicate Celtic knot design out of very thin copper foil. I then make a little wire ring to hang the square. The ring and copper knot are sandwiched between the glass squares and fired overnight in my kiln. The heat of the kiln turns the copper a lovely deep red colour. When completely cooled and washed, I add the hanging wire. Transparent glass with handcut copper foil design captured inside. Each knot is handcut, therefore no 2 are exactly the same. One Supplied. Comes ready to hang on a silver wire. Item comes securely packaged and wrapped in my signature turquoise tissue paper, sticker and string. A gift message can be included, just contact me to let me know. 5cm square.
