This scarf is from my latest collection called ‘At the bottom of the garden’ inspired by a new found passion for gardening throughout 2020. During the lockdown periods I immersed myself into slowly transforming my garden, creating some vegetable beds and growing plants from seeds. I watched as slowly the seedlings grew, became plants and then produced a harvest. My time in the garden has allowed me to develop a collection inspired by fruit and vegetables, drawing on the incredible colours found within nature and translating this into a new product range.

Inspired by a new found passion for gardening this luxury hand woven scarf is part of my latest collection called, 'At the bottom of the garden', it has been designed and woven by myself from my studio in Leeds, Yorkshire.
This scarf is inspired by Leeks.
Each scarf is woven using 100 percent lambswool in both the warp and the weft.
This scarf is perfect for everyone as the Autumn and Winter weather becomes colder and is soft for wearing against your skin.
Approximate size, 170cm long plus the fringe x 22cm wide
Care Instructions, If you find that your scarf needs freshening up I always suggest pegging it outside on a windy day and letting the fresh air do its thing. If you need to give it a light wash, I recommend doing this in lukewarm water by hand and then laying the scarf flat on top of a towel to dry. You can smarten up your scarf by giving it an iron under a tea towel.
