I was looking to make some items to gift to my work colleagues during this time of Covid. I work in the NHS.
I also have a large collection of fabrics from my previous job as a costume maker and my work in Africa and Asia.
I wanted to make small gifts that eased anxiety , nausea, headaches, calmed the senses and aided sleep. I came up with the idea of Mellow Minnows having studied the visualization of a small fish travelling through the ventricles of the brain in a book by Rollin Becker !.
