Three cream heart Gift Tags made from polymer clay. Approx 4cm. Love, hope and Joy. Use as gift tags, which can then be kept by the recipient as a keepsake decoration. Can be used as a bottle tag, to add a personal touch to a bottle of wine as a gift. Comes in an organza bag. Would make a great Secret Santa gift!
