Full description
Fused glass dish with a handpainted bubbly turquoise swirl in the centre. Perfect for having on your bedside table and putting your earrings in.
To make this dish, I handcut 2 squares of art glass and hand paint a delicate swirl design with specialist glass paint onto one of the squares. I then cap it with the other square and fire it overnight in my kiln. In the heat of the kiln, the specialist paint turns into turquoise bubbles trapped between 2 layers of glass. I then fire the piece a second time to slowly slump it into a ceramic mould. Transparent glass is handcut and assembled, and the swirl is handpainted therefore no 2 are exactly the same. One Supplied.
Item comes securely packaged and wrapped in my signature turquoise tissue paper, sticker and string. A gift message can be included, just contact me to let me know.
Dish approx. 7cm by 2cm.
