2020 has found me looking for beauty and art for protection from the outside world. I happened across a vintage greetings card from the 1920's with a serene and stylish angel image and gave me the inspiration for a series of angels. This Guardian Angel is a unique little ray of light for 2020. I started making them to hang in your home and act as protection against the stresses and problems of the outside world.

Description
This small, gorgeous stained glass angel would make a perfect gift. Inspired by a vintage greetings card from the 1920's and will look fabulous hanging in a sunny window or on a Christmas tree. Her dress is from saa green cathedral glass and her wings are from wispy white and clear swirled glass. I have painted her in kiln fired glass enamels, just like a church stained glass window and when she came out of the kiln I put her together using the copper foil, or Tiffany Technique. She is a unique piece of art glass and a perfect Christmas gift
