I was inspired by the MacKenzie-Childs homeware patterns, with their bright designs and chequerboard motifs to create this eye-catching jumper.

Full description
I have designed this fabulous jumper in 4 sizes, to fit 38" to 48" chest and it is knit in premium acrylic DK weight yarn. The majority of the jumper is knit in the round on circular and DPN needles, with set in sleeves, and a folded neckband.
It is knit in stocking stitch, reverse stocking stitch and garter stitch and uses 3.25mm and 4.0 mm needles and requires 7 x 100g balls yarn.
My pattern is written so it is very easy to understand. It is ideal for an intermediate knitter or a beginner who has knitted a few items, and knows how to cast on, knit, purl, increase, decrease, colour change and follow pattern charts. All techniques are described in the pattern.
There are no postage costs - the pattern will be emailed as a pdf file within 3 days of payment being received, to the email address registered with Folksy unless you let me know otherwise. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this pdf file. (It is free to download from www.adobe.com)
